I began creating unique jewellery pieces because I struggled finding any I liked myself. I wanted something special, handcrafted, and affordable, but after looking and looking... I couldn't find any. That’s how this brand was born.
Every piece is handmade, primarily in sterling silver, or when requested, in 9 ct gold or silver-plate.

Only a very small amount is required. Any unused ashes, hair, or material will be safely returned to you with your finished jewellery.

Do you offer UK-wide orders?
Yes. Jones Jewellery creates memorial jewellery for customers across the UK. Clear guidance is provided for safely sending inclusion materials by post.
Can you remodel or reuse old jewellery?
Yes. Preloved or inherited jewellery can often be melted down or remodelled into a new piece, allowing you to honour memories in a modern and meaningful way.
How long does memorial jewellery take to make?
As each piece is made by hand, turnaround times can vary. You’ll be given an estimated timeframe when you place your order or make an enquiry.
Can inclusions be mixed?
Some, yes. Different ashes can be mixed together and ashes with hair. If you have a specific request, we can talk it over before hand.
Why do I need to pay £5 to book an appointment?
We ask for a £5 refundable deposit to secure your appointment and reduce no-shows. The deposit is fully refundable when you attend your appointment, or it can be deducted from your final costs. This helps us manage our time fairly and continue offering service to all clients.
